* Streamline systems and processes (PropertyMe, RP Data, Realworks, VaultRE, etc.).
* Support the broker/owner in implementing growth strategies and business development.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking.
* Drive marketing, client communications, and brand consistency.
* Act as a point of escalation for clients and team members.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in real estate operations, office management, or a senior administration role.
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain).
* In-depth knowledge of industry software and compliance requirements.
* Strong people management and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
