Hello Harry Toowoomba is a busy, locally owned burger restaurant known for great burgers, fast service and a fun, relaxed vibe. We are growing and looking for reliable people who enjoy hospitality, work well in a team and can handle a fast‐paced environment.
Roles Available
* Front of House (FOH) Staff – floor, counter, runner and register (casual/part‐time). Mainly evenings and weekends. Ideal as a second job.
* Restaurant Team Member / Kitchen Hand – ideal for high school or uni students looking for their first hospitality job (mainly evenings and weekends)
Front of House Staff – Key Duties
* Welcome guests, take orders, run food and look after tables with genuine, friendly service.
* Use POS system, handle cash/card payments and maintain a clean, tidy dining area.
* Work as an all‐rounder, helping where needed (floor, counter, packing takeaway orders).
What we're looking for
* Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong people skills, good presentation and confidence communicating with customers.
* RSA is a bonus if you already have it (or willingness to obtain it if required).
Restaurant Team Member / Kitchen Hand– Key Duties
* Assist FOH team: clearing tables, running food, basic cleaning and dishwashing.
* Help with simple prep tasks and packing orders during busy periods.
* Learn hospitality basics in a supportive team environment.
What we're looking for
* No experience needed – training provided, but a positive attitude is a must.
* Reliable, punctual and willing to work nights and weekends.
* Suitable for juniors under the Restaurant or Hospitality Award (junior pay rates apply, adults rates if serving alcohol as required by the award).
