Marketing Manager is an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for overseeing the execution and planning of marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality or a consumer-focused industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing annual MarComm plans aligned with budgets, ROI, and business goals.
* Tracking industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.
* Executing PR activities aligned with hotel marketing priorities.
Brand & Creative Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints (signage, collateral, experiences, B2B & B2C).
* Liaising with agencies for timely delivery of creative assets and giveaways.
* Rolling out global/regional campaigns using brand toolkits.
* Managing visual assets—photo, video, and graphics—per brand guidelines.
Public & Media Relations Responsibilities include:
* Executing PR/media plans for F&B, rooms, spa, leisure, and MICE.
* Maintaining updated media kits (fact sheets, bios, imagery, content).
* Supporting press visits, events, and FAM trips to elevate visibility.
* Drafting releases, articles, and statements for storytelling.
* Maintaining media lists, monitoring coverage, and reporting ROI.
* Responding to media queries and supporting crisis comms.
Campaigns & Activations Responsibilities include:
* Executing integrated campaigns across channels, in line with brand and annual plans.
* Activating sponsorships, partnerships, and events to drive engagement.
* Analyzing performance and optimizing based on insights.
Partners & Promotions Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily coordination with creative and PR agencies.
* Overseeing hotel participation in tourism board promotions and key collaborations.
Budget & Performance Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring MarComm spend and ensuring budget discipline.
* Reporting on campaign results, media coverage, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Alignment Responsibilities include:
* Aligning with Sales, Rooms, F&B, Spa, Loyalty & Events for integrated marketing.
* Supporting T&C with LinkedIn content and leadership visibility.
Admin & Reporting Responsibilities include:
* Organizing marketing assets and reports archive.
* Sharing media calendars, campaign updates, and summaries.
* Conducting daily media monitoring and sharing clippings with relevant teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail. Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating multi-channel campaigns is also essential. Knowledge in brand communication tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with basic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite), is highly desirable.
