About the Role
* Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver fast, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
* Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with regular patrons and fostering local community engagement
* Support venue marketing and promotional activity to build brand awareness and drive traffic
* Oversee daily operations including team culture, service standards, and financial performance while championing a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activity to drive sales and guest engagement
* Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
* Current RSA certification and strong operational leadership skills
* Passion for hospitality, community engagement, and guest experience
This is a full-time position suited to candidates with at least two years' experience in a similar role.
