Role Overview
Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. We are looking for a
Regional Director APAC.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
* Lead and motivate third party distributors in the assigned region to ensure achievement of specific business targets and develop new business.
* Work closely with the distributor's brand and management team aiming to drive growth and performance evaluation.
* Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially APAC distributors, to influence brand strategy alignment and deliver excellence in execution against ambitious growth targets
* Excite and motivate the distributors through the activation platforms developed for international
* Ensure the distributors in the assigned region perform in line with the budget in both sales and marketing.
* Play an active role in co-leading with the international marketing team the activation toolkits for the whole region, consolidating insights from other regions and producing actionable plug-and-play activation toolkits
* Be integral to the budget process by providing specific, accurate and concise information regarding volume, pricing, product mix, competitive activity, and market trends.
* Be intimately aware of how suggested action plans relate to overall profitability.
* Identify new opportunities for incremental growth and conduct regular field visits.
* Management to successful closure of corporate projects assigned by the top management
* Update records and complete weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development; experience in the spirits industry
* Thorough knowledge of marketing and selling a global brand name
* Academic qualification in Business/Marketing.
* Thorough understanding of the industry, region and brands is a must.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven work track record in sales and/or marketing gained preferably in a beverage/ wines and spirits company;
* Thorough understanding of region spirits industry and brands is a must.
* Must have excellent communication skills, oral and written
* Must have excellent presentation skills and experience in dealing with the middle and upper-level management in an organization
* Must be able to handle many different tasks and prioritize them to maximize effectiveness
* Must have enthusiasm and ambition for advancement
* Should be a self-motivated and able to work individually or as a member of a team
* Able to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
* Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, high level of persuasiveness
