The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes in our 5-star rated wine bar and seasonal set four-course degustation menu.
\
 * Key Responsibilities include Preparing ingredients under senior chefs, Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards, Upholding food safety and hygiene standards, Assisting with goods receiving, storage and stock rotation, Supporting inventory control and minimising wastage, Contributing to a collaborative kitchen environment.
\
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\
 * Commercial cookery qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)
 * Minimum one year of experience as an Executive Chef Specialist
 * Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP requirements
 * Ability to follow direction, work under pressure and contribute positively
 * Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available)
 * Driver's licence and car for cellar door access
 * Passion for cooking and commitment to professional growth
 * Keen interest in paddock-to-plate, foraging and local menu development.

About the Role:
\
This is a full-time position requiring 5 days/week. The successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in refining their technical skills using premium produce from our onsite kitchen garden and developing hyper-local menus.
