Job Description
* Lead and deliver key IT projects, including a major Azure migration program.
* Migrate environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and the deployment and configuration of Intune and Autopilot.
* Design, implement, and support secure network and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
* Provide hands‐on delivery across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation, documentation, and handover.
* Demonstrated cyber security exposure, with practical experience across: FortiGate firewalls, Ubiquiti networking equipment, SD‐WAN environments
* Strong security mindset with experience aligning to the Essential Eight framework (ISO 27001 knowledge advantageous but not required).
* Comfortable operating in an environment focused on continuous improvement and uplift of systems and processes.
* Culturally aligned to a highly independent, self‐sufficient working style with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliver outcomes end‐to‐end.
Nice to Have
* Broader exposure to cloud security best practices.
* Experience in retail or multi‐site environments.
* Prior involvement in enterprise‐scale migrations or modern workplace rollouts.

* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role working across similar technologies.
* Willing to learn and take on tasks from start to finish.
* Relevant qualifications in information technology or a related field.
* Practical experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency with network hardware, software, and security protocols.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
