I am looking for new or experienced Realtors that want to gain experience and become a part of a new Team I am creating.
* We both would work for a Broker with more than 20 years of experience.
* This is a start-up. No office space or perks. I do offer 100% support all day, every day.
* You have to be comfortable calling leads and doing follow-ups.
* I will provide the leads. For free.
* If we close a deal from one of my leads, we split 50-50.
* If you bring your own lead and I support you through the process, we split 70-30.
* We both receive support from my trusted mortgage lender.
