About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and trauma-informed Support Worker to assist a new client residing at Reservoir House. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the life of someone rebuilding after significant personal challenges

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
* Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions
* Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
* Develop and implement individualised care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services (required).
* Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Service
* Licenses & Certifications
* Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services (required).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one (required).
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one (required).
* Current Driver’s License, own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance (required).
* We are committed to child safety. This role requires compliance with child safety policies and completion of pre-employment checks, including Working With Children Checks.
