About The Role
A great opportunity has arisen in our Hardings Hardware business for a Truck Driver/Storeperson at our Torrensville site. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role working a 38-hour week.
The team member will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated, and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. You will need to hold a current MR Truck and Forklift License and have prior experience in a similar position to be successful in this position.
What You Will Be Doing
* Delivery goods to our customers (occasional hand unloads)
* Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors
* Provide accurate deliveries on time, with a high focus on customer service
* Be relied upon to represent the company in a professional manner
What You Will Bring
* Hold a valid car license
* Hold a current HR or MR Truck License – a must
* Forklift License – a must
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be physically fit (some heavy liftings required)
* Able to deliver to building sites in surrounding areas
