Key to success in this role lies in your ability to analyze and evaluate key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for buy-side clients. As a trusted advisor, you will provide technical guidance to clients on separation or integration assessments. You will develop and present key deliverables to clients, while also supporting business development activities.
Developing strong relationships with clients is essential in this position. You will act as the main point of contact for our services, managing engagement teams day-to-day in the delivery of our Deal Technology services. Identifying key client risks throughout the transaction lifecycle and mitigating these ahead of time is also crucial.
