**About the role**
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Operations Supervisor to join their team. The successful applicant will have good time management, well-developed diagnostic and heavy vehicle mechanical skills. We are looking for someone who is a great leader and mentor, if this is you, we encourage you to apply!

**Duties**
- Fast-paced work environment
- Hands-on leader - able to get on the tools when needed
- Lead and manage a team of 9 technicians
- Manage daily operations of the workshop
- Responsibility for department targets/KPIs
- Drive service and maximise profitability
- Key account management

**Skills and experience**
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- A pink Slip Ticket is advantageous
- HC Truck Licence advantageous
- Process-driven and strong customer service focus
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Previous experience as a workshop Supervisor or Manager in Heavy Vehicle Background is ideal
- Run an efficient and productive workshop
- Adhere to and implement safe work practices
