Key Responsibilities:
* Operate material handling equipment such as Forklifts (High Reach & Counterbalance) and pallet jacks.
* Undertake receipt and despatch duties.
* Manage Medical Consumable demands for internal and external requirements.
* Undertake accurate equipment auditing.
* Maintain and update ERP databases and documentation pertaining to receipt inspection and deliveries.
* Liaise with external freight and customs clearance companies to ensure delivery schedules and budgets are met.
* Comply with legislation and Company policies.
* General Warehouse duties including but not limited to; stocktaking, unloading/loading shipments, filing etc.
Requirements:
* Over 5 years Logistic Support, Warehousing & Supply Chain Experience.
* Computer proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of quality control processes and Work Health Safety (WHS) practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000 practices.
* Previous experience in a Defence environment – Highly desirable.
* Hold a current Forklift Licence.
