**THE COMPANY**

With the intention of further growth from their current headcount of 70, to 140 in the coming years, the Leadership Team realise that they need an expert HR / People & Culture Manager to ensure sound foundations are in place and to assist in creating an 'attraction agency'.
**THE ROLE**
As the HR Manager / Head of People and Culture you will report to the CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will take ownership of the people strategy and take a long term/ high level view while also being across the day to day details.
- Review any HR systems in place and make strategic suggestions for improvement
- Manage all special projects including revision of current contracts, compliance etc
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee matters, WHS policies and employment law
- Develop an on-boarding programme and oversee its implementation
- Working with marketing on building the brand and creating an 'attraction agency' via social media channels
**WHAT YOU NEED**
- You will be an experienced HR Generalist with strong experience working as part of a Senior Leadership Team
- You will be able to be both high-level strategic while still running the day-to-day HR function
- Have a demonstrated track record of building a company culture and HR frameworks that sets the company up for ongoing success
- Show extensive experience with talent acquisition, performance management, change management, onboarding, HR operations, workplace health and safety and staff wellbeing.
