**Title**:
Architectural Technician (Architectural Draftsperson)
**Role**:
Overall this role provides technical and practical support to the Fabcon team involved in the planning, design and construction of architectural stairs and various structures. The role is multifaceted and involves various responsibilities, including:
- Create Architectural/Detailed Drawings
- BIM modelling
- Interpret drawings and technical reports to extract relevant information for engineering and design considerations
- Assist in producing bid proposals (take-offs, Cost Analysis from Revit and Trade RFQs)
- Assist in the submission of the Design Package
- Assist Project Engineer in Design/Buildability Reviews
- Maintain document control
- Maintain and develop Revit library and associated files
- Generate and develop finishes schedule
- Create Sample Boards
- Generate 3D Enscape renders
**Experience**
Three years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
**Education**
- Bachelors in Architecture
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
