Role Overview
UMENCO is currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a contemporary womenswear brand whose designs embody laid-back femininity and are consciously crafted.
The Digital Marketing Manager plays an integral role within the ecommerce team, leading the brand's digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels. This role is responsible for driving performance across Search, Social, Affiliates, CRM and other digital touch points to elevate brand awareness, traffic and global conversion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of creative thinking and analytical precision, blending brand storytelling with measurable commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the Senior eCommerce Manager, the successful talent will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads and beyond. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee CRM and email marketing through Klaviyo, managing lifecycle campaigns and personalisation strategies to enhance engagement and conversion. In addition, the successful talent will lead social media management, developing content and engagement strategies across Instagram, TikTok and other emerging platforms to strengthen community and brand connection.
The role also includes management of the brand's affiliate program and contributions to the marketing trade calendar in alignment with seasonal campaigns, product drops and key promotional moments. The successful talent will collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure all digital assets and communications reflect the brand's aesthetic and values, delivering cohesive and impactful storytelling across every channel.
The Digital Marketing Manager will bring 4 – 6 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or ecommerce space, with proven expertise in scaling paid media channels, CRM strategy and data-driven campaign optimisation. Strong organisational skills, platform fluency (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4) and a sharp visual sensibility are essential. The successful talent will join a creative, collaborative team, contributing to a brand that values throughtful production, social responsibility and lasting positive impact.
