We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a small business environment, understands the complexity of in-house manufacturing, and enjoys working closely with product development from concept through to launch.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring seamless operations across procurement, production, inventory and new product development.
You will play a key role in aligning supply chain strategy with business growth, while maintaining the agility and attention to detail that a premium brand demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across raw materials, packaging and finished goods
* Oversee in-house production planning for skincare, body care and home fragrance ranges
* Collaborate closely with product development on new product launches, ensuring timelines, costings and materials are aligned
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, both local and international
* Drive inventory optimisation and demand planning to support sales growth
* Monitor and improve systems, processes and efficiencies across the supply chain
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
About You
* Proven experience in a supply chain or operations role within a small to medium business
* Strong understanding of in-house production environments, ideally within cosmetics, skincare, body care or home fragrance
* Experience supporting or working alongside new product development teams
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on, proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
