Role Description
We are seeking a part-time
Human Resource Officer
based in
Perth, Western Australia
.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, where the first week of training will be conducted remotely, followed by a flexible combination of remote and on-site work. The Human Resource Officer will assist in recruitment coordination, HR data management, employee documentation, and internal communication processes. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process, including candidate coordination and document handling
* Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee information
* Assist in preparing HR reports, contracts, and onboarding materials
* Ensure compliance with company policies and employment standards
* Coordinate with internal teams to support HR-related inquiries and activities
* Contribute to HR analytics and process improvement initiatives
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all HR operations
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent HR tools
* Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is an advantage
* Training provided – suitable for entry-level applicants
Remuneration & Work Arrangement
Pay Range:
AUD $1,000 – $1,200 per week
