About the role
As a Test Analyst at DUAL ANZ, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our core operating platform, WebRater. You'll help deliver seamless experiences for our teams and customers by ensuring every system change is tested, validated, and fit for purpose.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and complete test plans across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication through to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood and fully tested.
- Support release cycles and help ensure systems are production‐ready.
- Contribute to the evolution of our testing capability, including increasing our use of automation over time.
About you
You're a detail‐orientated, curious and enjoy solving problems. You take pride in delivering high‐quality outcomes and are confident working with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders. You'll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and maintain automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in manual software testing, across complex or business‐critical systems.
- A strong understanding of test methodologies, test design and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- The ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective test scenarios.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
