Project Manager - Airport Precincts
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination of building and facilities projects within our airport precincts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering capital works projects, managing contracts, procurement processes, budgets, and project reporting. They will ensure compliance with internal frameworks, WHS standards, and external regulations, while promoting a safety-first culture across all project activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, property, or a related field
* Proven experience in delivering building or property projects
* Strong ability to manage contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, proficient in MS Office and project management software
* Eligible for Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and current NT driver's licence
