This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1/2 Desktop Support Analyst to join a professional services organisation, as part of one of the leading organistaions in their field.

This person should have excellent communication skills, and be capable of dealing with senior level executives.

About you

* Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
* Experience supporting AV equipment, including setting up conference rooms
* Experience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
* Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
* Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
* Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.

About the role

* Providing Level 1/2 deskside support to users.
* Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
* Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
* Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business.
