Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple client accounts, lead diverse security teams across various locations, and ensure our operations run seamlessly.
Manage and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and security personnel.
Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and train large teams to consistently deliver exceptional security services.
Drive innovation to enhance client satisfaction and employee performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4 years in account or operational management.
Experience managing budgets and optimising resource allocation.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
Diploma in Business (Operations) or equivalent (desirable).
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
WA Security License (desirable).
