The Assistant Director of Nursing – Neonates, Children, Adolescent and Young Adults is an experienced nursing leader with skills and expertise in the delivery of person-centred, contemporary care to neonates, children, adolescents and young people.
The role will have operational responsibility and strategic input across Women's and Children's Services areas including, neonatal, child and adolescent inpatients and outpatients, child health, child protection and the emerging adolescent and young adult services.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Contribute to the development of new and innovative service delivery models across neonatal, childrens and adolescent and young adult care.
* Participate as a member of the Women's and Children's Services leadership team by representing the challenges and opportunities for service growth and development for the areas you are responsible for.
* Participate in the Nursing and Midwifery Professional Leadership Forum and other appropriate forums for nursing leaders to promote and progress the nursing profession.
Remuneration value up to $196,807 p.a., comprising salary between $164,519 - $172,492 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 10). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
