* Permanent Full-time (1.0 EFT / 80 hours) + ADO
* Salary Package: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 + Superannuation

About The Role
Specialist Clinics manage non-admitted or ambulatory services, including pre and post-hospital care, chronic disease management, and complex health issues, in conjunction with diagnostic services like pathology and imaging. Patients are referred from GPs, specialists, and emergency departments.
This position reports to the Administration Supervisor and involves performing administrative, reception, and clerical tasks to support clinic operations. The Administration Officer provides professional, approachable service to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
The Job Will See You
* Greeting Patients, handling referrals, answering calls, and booking appointments
* Auditing and validating wait lists
* Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel (foundational)
Highly Desirable
* Previous health setting administration experience
Desirable
* Hospital environment experience, personable, customer-focused, able to plan and prioritize work, understanding of confidentiality, and medical terminology
