Our Engineering client in West Perth is urgently seeking an allrounder to build the team workforce that they are aiming towards (leave cover, smooth operations etc), there's a lot of movement to grow, learn and train in this diverse environment.
The ideal start date would be 8th December 2025.
* Commence: ASAP for 3-6 months, possibility to go permanent.
* Hours: Fulltime, Monday - Friday.
Essential: proven experience in HR administration.
The successful candidate also needs to have the experience or willingness to be across multiple departments: experience in HR administration, recruitment, and payroll is a high priority.
* Current National Police Clearance required (within last 6 months)
* As there is possibility to go permanent, Australian Citizens and Residents are preferred.
Desirable: Additional experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable would be desirable.
Main Duties:
Payroll:
* Preparation of monthly pay
* Keeping track of different rates/positions (with offshore staff sometime working as Surveyor and some days Party Chief etc)
* Maintaining register of employees & Annual salary reviews
* Timesheet management & interpretation
* Terminations in the system & assisting with annual reconciliations with Super
HR Administration:
* Maintaining HR data to report on a monthly basis (Hours, statistics)
* Spreadsheet maintenance
* Tracking movement of all Australian Staff (currently 34) to cross reference for payroll purposes
* Employee lifecycle
* Recruitment interviewing/letters of offer, contracts, working with visa agent
* Onboarding onto various systems (Myob, Agresso)
* Offboarding
* Standardising/ creating/ updating HR processes for the Australian branch
* Adapting Reach Norway policies for Australian staff
* Maintaining employee files
General/Office Administration:
* Taking the lead of all office duties
* Ordering all kitchen, office supplies, PPE for staff
* Point of contact for building enquiries (if there's repairs/leaks etc)
* Formatting of documents
* Organising Birthday Morning tea
* Culture building
Rate:
$ $60.00 p/h (incl. casual loading) + Super, depending on experience.

* West Perth
