Our Opportunity
WELDLOK has spent the last 60 years designing, fabricating, and supplying grating, steel flooring, and handrailing right here in Australia. The Customer Service Officer will provide front-line customer support, eager to find solutions for our customers. They will also focus on:
* Execution: Ensuring all inquiries are actioned, including further investigation where required, to provide the best outcome for our customers. The ability to gather the right information to deeply understand our customers' needs is essential.
* Business Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of all WELDLOK products, processes, and capabilities to inform external stakeholders.
* Culture: Value a strong work ethic while feeling comfortable in our tight-knit office environment.
* Structure: Working in a flat-structured environment, collaborate and communicate with colleagues of all levels, including estimators, account managers, and warehouse personnel.
About You
You will be a:
* Skilled Professional: Bring strong customer service professionalism with a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally within manufacturing or construction environments.
* Subject Matter Expert: Ability to become knowledgeable on all Weldlok products to provide fast, accurate, and value-adding information to customers.
* System Guru: Comfortable navigating various software platforms to find pricing, dimensions, and offerings. Will update, amend, and manage the CRM as required.
* Relationship Builder: Engage with B2B customers and build long-term relationships by providing easy-to-follow, informative solutions with stakeholders of varying seniority.
* Strong Communicator: Speak clearly and purposefully, effectively dealing with all levels of seniority from store staff to general managers.
* Bias to Action: Ready to jump into action and work outside the box to meet customer needs.
