The Role
Our Café/Kiosk Attendants needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. Key areas of responsibility include:
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers
* Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
* Replenished condiments as needed
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
* Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
* Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
* Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
Skills & Attributes:
* Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
* Coffee making/ barista skills
* Food handling Certificate
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
