About Us
We are a multidisciplinary clinic offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy. Initially focused on paediatrics, we plan to expand to adolescents and adults in the future. Our team culture is supportive, positive, and committed to making a real impact in the community.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. The position will start as part-time and transition to full-time as our client base expands.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Support patients in managing daily activities, routines, and social participation.
* Identify activities and strategies to help patients achieve their goals.
* Assist individuals with disabilities in performing everyday tasks (e.g., dressing, eating, walking).
* Demonstrate therapeutic exercises to improve function and reduce pain.
* Evaluate home and workplace environments for modifications to enhance independence.
* Educate families and caregivers on best practices for support and care.
* Recommend and train patients on the use of assistive equipment and medications.
* Document patient progress and prepare reports for billing and evaluations.
* Communicate progress and recommendations to physicians and other healthcare providers.
* As we grow, we will have the ability to collaborate with other modalities.
* The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Working With Children Check and Police Check.
* Current First Aid certification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred).
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Remuneration
Your salary will be dependent upon your level of experience and hours of work.
