Overview
Lifestyle Generalist role based in Australia (QLD, NSW or VIC). Remote role based in Melbourne. Full-time position, 38 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00 am or 9:00 am. The role involves working with Ten Group's APAC team to provide high-end lifestyle and concierge services to members.
Responsibilities
Travel - planning bespoke itineraries and securing unique experiences
Retail - sourcing exclusive products or hard-to-find items
Entertainment - arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences
Use research skills, creativity, and excellent communication to deliver tailored solutions within agreed timeframes
Share knowledge and best practices with the team and across the global business
Requirements
Native-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking members
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure
Able to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards
Robust administration and organizational skills
Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus
Remote role in Australia; 40-hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
