About This Role
Be part of a world-class LNG operation, ensuring asset integrity and reliability through RBI programs and advanced inspection technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The Inspection & Integrity Engineer is responsible for developing Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies to ensure integrity management and inspection programs are executed with excellence for the LNG facility. Duties include:
* Develop and execute Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies in line with corporate integrity requirements.
* Lead and support RBI assessments, inspection planning, and integrity workshops.
* Ensure degradation barriers and integrity controls are in place and effective.
* Review anomalies, perform fitness-for-service assessments, and define corrective actions.
* Provide technical support to inspection, mechanical, materials, and corrosion teams.
* Plan and implement specialist inspection programs and improvement projects using new technologies.
* Collaborate across engineering, operations, and planning teams to drive integrity and reliability improvements.
Requirements
* Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Significant experience in RBI programs and pressure equipment integrity.
* Strong knowledge of LNG degradation mechanisms and NDT technologies.
* Familiarity with API 510/570 standards and basic metallurgy/welding.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Chartered Engineer or AICIP certification preferred.
* Experience in LNG or complex processing facilities is an advantage.
