About the position:
* Support our Advisers and clients and ensure smooth office operations.
* Deliver high‑quality administrative and client service support across a variation of day‑to‑day tasks, including but not limited to:
o Managing client communications and queries via phone, email and in person.
o Coordinating client meetings and follow‑ups.
o Maintaining accurate client records and data within our CRM (XPlan) and other systems, ensuring adherence to our regulatory requirements.
o Preparing and processing client forms, implementation requests and other documentation.
o Liaising with institutions and super funds to support operational needs.
o Assisting with general office administration.
About You:
* Proven administration experience with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial planning software (XPlan preferred).
* Proven ability to resourcefully solve problems to support our team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with clients and product providers.
* A willingness to learn as regulations and technologies continue to evolve.
* Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment where priorities may shift.
* Experience in a Client Services position within the Financial Planning, Accounting or Broking industry would be highly regarded.
* Full working rights in Australia and a satisfactory National Police Check before commencing employment.
