Our client is looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to work for an innovative and proactive brand providing body corporate services throughout Queensland.
With a focus on boutique style management, our client continues to provide leading service in the industry by maintaining consistent training and development while working ethically, honestly and with integrity.
**The role**:
In an assistant capacity your responsibilities include:
- Preparing meeting minutes (including AGMs, EGMs, CMTs and VOCMs)
- Attending meetings, where required
- Following legal requirements
- General administration
- Creating and sending work orders
- Managing received quotes
- Preparing template letters
- Printing, filing and scanning as required
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Actioning incoming items within two days
- Assisting reception with day to day duties
**About you**:
You will have a good understanding of the principles of strata management and are client and solutions orientated. In addition, you will have exceptional customer service skills, while maintaining ethical professionalism and contributing to a harmonious working environment.
