Chef at Regional Hotel and Bistro in Griffith
Location: Griffith, Recent South Wales
Our client operates over 15 venues across regional NSW. From local pubs to high-end restaurants, you can gain the real Aussie experience working with a leading hospitality group. They are looking for people across their venues with hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage experience who are passionate about guest experience. Once you are part of the family, you can move between venues and experience the country or the coast.
Responsibilities
Join the Kitchen staff in the Bistro as a Chef and contribute to delivering high-level operational standards.
Prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations.
Work with other staff to deliver food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service excellence.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
At least 3 years of commercial cooking experience at a Commis, Demi, or Chef de Partie level
Proven experience in the hospitality industry
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working hours and pay
Working hours: 24 - 40 hours per week
Daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Valid Working Holiday Visa
Hourly gross wages: $32.00
Payment is made per week
Exact wage details are discussed during interview. You can fly into Sydney; Griffith is six hours’ drive from Sydney, or you can travel by train or bus.
