Haynes is seeking experienced Customer Support Representative to join our valued client based in Eagle Farm. You'll be the first point of contact for inquiries, handle order processing, and ensure timely communication and updates.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
* Process and manage customer orders efficiently, including online transactions.
* Expedite backorders and provide customers with timely daily status updates.
* Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or other order management systems.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
