The Role
Working within an experienced PMO and supporting a growing operations team, the Business Analyst will lead the gathering of requirements and contribute to the determination of appropriate test cases to help achieving organisational outcomes. This role will play a critical role within our Digital Transformation program, working closely with the Programme Manager and key stakeholders as well as acting as the conduit between business and technology.
* Gather, validate and report on key requirements
* Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and information sessions
* Work closely with technical teams, solution architects, and business subject matter experts to deliver various solutions with strong focus on our customer journey
* Document and manage business requirements (e.g. user stories) and related acceptance test criteria capturing functional and non-functional requirements
* Participation in the identification, documentation, resolution and escalation of delivery issues, dependencies, risks and decisions.

What we are looking for
* 5+ years working BA experience, ideally within a consumer goods, retail, supply chain or similar environment
* Highly advanced communication skills (Written and Verbal)
* A strong approach to project management keeping high focus and pace on delivery of milestones
* Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence or AML are highly advantageous
