What You'll Do
* Manage your own portfolio of diverse clients
* Review and oversee the work of junior team members
* Delegate tasks effectively and support the team's growth

What You'll Bring
* Proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable)
* Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
* Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
