The Company: Our client is an industry-leading engineering rehabilitation organisation with a strong track record and continued growth across the APAC region. The business specialises in re-engineering and extending the life of ageing infrastructure assets through the development and delivery of optimised Whole of Life (WOL) solutions. They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead remediation and civil projects across the Eastern States of Australia ranging from $50k to $15m. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on site, takes ownership of delivery, and drives strong safety, quality and commercial outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong remediation background who is comfortable managing subcontractors, supporting Project Managers, and stepping in on the tools when needed. Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety, Environment : establish a ‘no harm’ culture and ensure this is maintained on site; conduct site risk assessments & implement appropriate controls Quality Assurance : ensure that all workmanship to be of industry ‘best practice’ and in full compliance with project specification requirements Financial Performance : meet project budgets; increase project revenue; minimize site expenditure; maintain knowledge of, and adherence to, contracted scope Management of Personnel : ensure that there is high labour productivity and high site morale Manage Subcontractors & Suppliers : verify quality workmanship from all subcontractors Time Management : schedule and plan the timing of all activities whilst having a good understanding of program performance Stock Management : manage Plant & Equipment as well as materials and orders About You: You are a confident, practical site leader with strong remediation experience and the ability to motivate crews while maintaining high standards. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, remediation or construction environment Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (remediation highly regarded) Strong knowledge of: Concrete repair Cathodic protection Structural strengthening Protective coatings Experience managing subcontractors and driving site productivity Sound understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid Driver’s Licence Trade qualification (preferred) White Card & First Aid (preferred) You’re calm under pressure, commercially aware, and lead with clarity and accountability.
