Little Light Disability Services is seeking an experienced Independent Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in the Sunbury area. This is a subcontractor role with consistent ongoing weekly hours.
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one support to help the participant with:
* Community access and social activities
* Routine building and daily living skills
* Emotional regulation and communication support
* Encouraging independence and confidence
We are looking for someone who is patient, calm, reliable, and experienced in supporting autistic individuals.
Requirements

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid & CPR
* Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* Experience working with kids with ASD
