We work with leading brands across steelmaking, mining, manufacturing, engineering, construction, and emerging technologies, built on long-standing relationships within a tight-knit local business community.

We're entering an exciting new phase of growth, with a strengthened business model, expanding client partnerships, and newly built, purpose-designed offices in Shellharbour City. We're looking for a motivated and capable professional to join us.

The Opportunity

This role offers a balance of office work and time in the field, building relationships, understanding client environments, and staying connected to industry.

Recruitment is challenging, fast-paced and rewarding. It requires commercial thinking, persistence, and strong relationship skills, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work.

We're looking for someone commercially driven, motivated by performance-based earnings, and focused on building long-term partnerships and delivering quality outcomes.

This opportunity can be shaped around your experience:

* Experienced recruiters looking to grow their own desk
* Developing recruiters wanting to step up to a consultant role
* BDM / Account Management / Technical Sales professionals transitioning into recruitment
* Talent Acquisition Specialists / Internal Recruiters wanting to work their magic from within

What You'll Be Doing

* Developing and growing client relationships across the Illawarra industrial market
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to placement
* Delivering quality candidates and outcomes for clients
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and market insight

About You

* Strong commercial instinct and a drive to achieve results
* Ability to build genuine relationships across a range of stakeholders
* Experience in BDM, account management, technical sales, or recruitment
* Proactive, self-directed, and accountable
* High standards of professionalism, communication and integrity

Recruitment experience is highly regarded — but not essential for those applicants coming from a BDM / Account Management / Technical Sales background.
