We're looking for someone commercially driven, motivated by performance-based earnings, and focused on building long-term partnerships and delivering quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and growing client relationships across the Illawarra industrial market
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to placement
* Delivering quality candidates and outcomes for clients
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and market insight
About You
* Strong commercial instinct and a drive to achieve results
* Ability to build genuine relationships across a range of stakeholders
* Experience in BDM, account management, technical sales, or recruitment
* Proactive, self-directed, and accountable
* High standards of professionalism, communication and integrity
Recruitment experience is highly regarded — but not essential for those applicants coming from a BDM / Account Management / Technical Sales background.
