 
        
        We are a small, family-run team based in Bowen Hills, looking for a motivated and organised Office Admin Assistant to help keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
You’ll play an important part in supporting our day-to-day operations, working closely with a friendly team who value efficiency, initiative, and attention to detail. No two days are the same – one moment you’ll be handling client enquiries, the next updating records, managing office supplies, or assisting with scheduling.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and reception duties
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with scheduling, emails, and phone calls
- Supporting management and team members with admin tasks
- Helping to keep the office organised and running efficiently
- Updating and managing information within company databases
About You
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with databases and entering accurate data
- Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a small team environment
- A excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Minimum 3yrs admin or office support experience required
