About the Role
We are looking for an Emergency Relief Worker to support our Emergency Relief program volunteers in assisting community members seeking support and to oversee the day-to-day delivery of emergency relief services from our Tanunda site. This role is an opportunity to make a tangible difference, shaping the future of services that empower clients to live their best lives. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of volunteer led Emergency Relief services
* Roster can support volunteers and students to deliver the emergency relief program
* Assist leadership in the recruitment, induction and training of volunteers
* Support the day-to-day delivery of financial wellbeing volunteer-led programs such as NILs, Tac Help and Christmas Hampers

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential Criteria:
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and work collaboratively within a team based environment
* Demonstrated experience supporting service delivery in a community, human services or volunteer led environment
* Experience working in Emergency Relief or Community Services
