Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tailings Equipment Operator to join our team.
* Promote and reinforce a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Operate a variety of Heavy Earth Moving equipment.
* Work with other departments, contractors, and teams to support production targets while ensuring safety.
* Maintain high levels of safety in all work activities.
* Monitor, report, and conduct thorough equipment prestart inspections.
* Safely operate machinery across the site and communicate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be flexible, and have a strong work ethic. They will be able to achieve results within specified timeframes, demonstrate a customer-focused approach, and maintain attention to detail. Proven experience in heavy machinery operations is an asset but not essential.
