We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within your assigned market and broader region.
Job Description
This critical role will focus on acquiring high-value net new fitness, wellness, or vertical partners for the ClassPass platform. You will build strong relationships with local studios, spas, and other relevant businesses to identify opportunities for partnership and growth.
You will prioritize in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events to accelerate pipeline momentum and drive results. Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging directly with potential partners to grow the book of business
* Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly quotas based on new venues added to the ClassPass network
* Leading with a field-first mindset, prioritizing in-person outreach while selectively applying Inside Sales tactics to accelerate pipeline momentum
* Identifying and attending networking opportunities to build strong connections within the regional fitness and wellness community
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility
This role requires a proven sales record, familiarity with the local fitness and wellness industry, and proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of sales experience in fast-paced, B2B transactional sales
* A proven sales record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs
* Familiarity with the local fitness, wellness, or other applicable industry in your region
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
