The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.
Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we're seeking reliable and hands-on full-time & casual Grounds & Maintenance Officers to support the presentation and upkeep of the resort's facilities, gardens, and equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work and wants to be part of a brand-new resort team in a spectacular coastal location.
What will you be doing?
* Maintain lawns, gardens, and resort grounds to RAC standards.
* Carry out general maintenance and repairs across facilities and equipment.
* Clean and service common areas including BBQs, kitchens, and amenities.
* Safely handle and store chemicals and hazardous substances.
* Assist with paving, small construction, and gardening projects.
* Respond to guest requests and escalate where required.
* Complete daily records and ensure WHS compliance at all times.
What are we looking for in you?
* Previous experience in grounds, gardening, or maintenance roles.
* Practical skills in repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
* Driver's Licence required.
