Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform daily living skills (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
* Develop targeted treatment plans based on assessment findings to help participants achieve optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of speech therapists, physiotherapists, education psychologists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
