This position supports the Business Unit Head - Pharmaceuticals and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.You'll take ownership of tasks from start to finish, setting high standards for accuracy and efficiency.
The role also involves identifying opportunities for learning and growth, applying new skills, and working within a GMP and TGA-compliant environment.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Pricing and Master DataMaintain pricing and customer master data in SAPProcess and validate monthly rebatesManage price lists, product set-up, and GTIN register for AU & NZLiaise with wholesalers on pricing and contractsRespond to pricing queries and support internal teamsEnsure compliance with SOPs and maintain accurate documentationAdministration, Knowledge and ComplianceEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policiesComplete reports and administrative tasks within deadlinesMaintain accurate documentation and attend meetings as requiredMaster relevant systems and softwareReport product complaints or adverse events promptly in line with regulatory requirementsWhat we are looking for:Exposure to SAPExposure to Power BI or similar systemsExperience in pricing maintenance and tendersExperience with GS1 and National Product CatalogueExperience with Salesforce would be viewed favourablyAs a reward for your commitment and effort, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and an incentive program.
