The Director of People & Culture will lead and enhance the organisation’s human capital by developing and executing strategic initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. This role will focus on creating a robust learning and development program in collaboration with the executive leadership team to ensure continuous growth at all levels. By delivering a comprehensive framework for the employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent to seamless offboarding the role will support anticipated headcount growth and ensure operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include the management and continuous development of our employee platform, conducting audits and updating the Prime Way for position descriptions, KPIs, and balanced scorecards, and overseeing end-to-end lifecycle management.
