TRYP by Wyndham Adelaide, part of the global Travel + Leisure Co. network, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the Wholesale, Inbound, Groups, Tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments.

How You'll Shine:


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the Wholesale, Inbound, Groups, Tours, and MICE markets


• Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximise bookings and revenue


• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions for groups and events


• Launch targeted marketing initiatives to grow awareness and conversion within focus segments


• Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of MICE events including conferences, meetings, and incentives


• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities


• Track performance metrics and adapt strategies to exceed revenue goals

We're looking for a confident communicator and natural connector — someone with established relationships in the Adelaide market and a genuine passion for South Australia's dynamic tourism and events scene.

What You'll Bring:


• Proven track record in hotel sales, lead generation, and stakeholder management


• Deep understanding of South Australia's corporate and tourism markets


• Strong relationships with Adelaide-based corporate travel agents and tour operators


• Familiarity with corporate RFP submissions, servicing accounts, and the MICE landscape


• Knowledge of key sales software, including Cvent, Lanyon, Salesforce, and Agency 360


• A "Count on Me" service mindset with strong leadership values


• A personal connection to South Australia's wine, arts, and culture scene
