APS6 Clinician
Location: Winnellie & Palmerston, NT

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a highly respected mental health organisation, delivering vital services to those who have served our country. Key Duties:
* Deliver evidence-based counselling, case management and risk assessments for individuals, couples, and families.
* Develop and maintain confidential care plans, progress notes and risk assessments using the Client Management System.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate and enhance client care.
* Participate in clinical supervision, co-facilitate group programs, and contribute to service improvement and evaluation initiatives.
Key Criteria:
* Qualifications and registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse (AHPRA), Social Worker (AASW), or Clinical Counsellor (PACFA or ACA Level 3/4).
* Experience in trauma-informed, client-centred mental health care and risk assessment for vulnerable clients.
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex clinical issues.
* Ability to comply with professional registration requirements and obtain Working with Vulnerable People or Working with Children clearances.
