Job Description
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports for management review.
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain and update records in ERP to reflect accurate financial information.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Provide support to other finance functions when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Receivable should have:
Proficiency in large ERP software and strong technical accounting knowledge.
Experience in Accounts Receivable within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
